After the conversion date, you'll be able to enjoy our new digital banking experience.
here's what you'll need to do:
Beginning September 2, 2026, you’ll need to complete a few simple steps to access your digital banking services.

STEP #1: ONLINE BANKING
Establish New Sign-In
After the conversion, you’ll need to establish a new sign-in before accessing Online Banking. Simply log into our Online Banking platform and complete the following steps:
- Complete Multi-Factor Authentication
STEP #2: mobile banking
Download & Register the New App
After the conversion, you’ll need to download our new Mobile Banking App before accessing your accounts. Once the app is installed, complete the following steps:
- Delete Your Current FWCCU Mobile Banking App
- Download the New Mobile Banking App. Search: “FWCCU” in the Google Play or Apple Store
- Sign in Using Your New Online Banking Credentials
- Complete Multi-Factor Authentication
STEP #3: call 24 telephone banking
Establish New Sign-In
After the conversion, you’ll need to establish a new sign-in before using Call 24 Telephone Banking. Simply access Call 24 and complete the following steps:
- Establish a New PIN (Personal Identification Number)
- Complete the New Sign-In Process
STEP #4: bill pay
Re-Add Your Bill Pay Information
After the conversion, your existing Bill Pay payees and scheduled payments will not transfer to the new system. To continue using Bill Pay, you’ll need to complete the following steps:
- Enter Each Payee’s Payment Information
- Recreate Any Recurring Payments
- Verify Upcoming Payment Dates

- Your accounts and account numbers remain the same.
- Direct Deposits will continue as normal.
- Automatic Payments & Payroll Deduction will continue as normal.
- Debit/Credit Cards will continue working.
- Your local staff is here to answer any questions.

Our current Online & Mobile banking will no longer be available. Note your account balances prior to Tuesday, September 1, 2026, as real-time balances will be unavailable on the conversion date. Debit cards, credit cards, and checks will continue to work. We do not anticipate any interruption in their usage. Plan to alternate payment method or a postponed payment date for large transactions. Night deposits will be processed at opening September 2, 2026.

No. We don’t anticipate any interruptions in your normal ACH/Electronic withdrawals taken directly from your account. (Ex: Netflix) (Bill Pay is not an ACH/Electronic withdrawal).

No. The conversion will not impact your existing loan terms and we do not anticipate any interruption to your automatic scheduled loan payments.
Yes. The separate credit card website will continue to be available to obtain your credit card statements.
Yes. Though, no e-statement will be issued for the month of August. All members, including e-statement users, will receive a paper statement for August FREE of charge. You can expect your August statement in the mail sometime during the first two weeks of September.
Yes, accounts and personal information are secure. The safety and security of our members’ accounts and their personal information is always priority one. The new system uses the latest advances in data security. In addition, your funds are federally insured by the National Credit Union Administration.
Yes, we will continue to maintain the industry’s best practices and keep member security top of mind throughout this conversion. Member privacy and security are our priority during the transition, and the new system will provide even more safeguards to protect sensitive information. For peace of mind, we encourage you to review statements before and after the conversion.

From September 2nd, 2026 – October 20th, 2026, all FWCCU credit card holders will need to log in and/or establish a log in to www.ezcardinfo.com to review credit card information, transaction history, and make payments.
