Credit Cards

» All FWCCU credit cards can now be managed within Online Banking and our Mobile App

» Make payments and monitor your balance and transaction history

» "Card Control" is available within the Mobile App:

  • The Card Control feature is titled “Cards” in the Mobile App
  • Turn your card ON or OFF
  • Manage travel plans
  • Set Controls and Alerts: Locations, Merchant Types, Transaction Types, Spend Limits
  • View a Digital Card if you don’t have the physical card on your person
  • Monitor spending insights
  • Check your monthly credit card statement
  • Make payments from other institutions
  • Replace card
  • Set PIN

 

 

zelle
  • You must first register for Bill Pay inside of Online Banking via our website
  • Once registered for Bill Pay you can now accept disclosures and register for Zelle in the Mobile App or Online Banking
  • Once registered for Zelle you can send and receive money instantly for FREE with only needing the recipients phone number or email
  • Internal transfers within FWCCU are done through Zelle
  • “Quick Send” allows you to scan a Zelle users QR code and/or present a QR code of your own for Zelle transactions
  • You can now schedule Zelle transactions for a later date
  • You can also schedule Zelle transactions for one time or a reoccurring frequency
  • Manage and store recipients contact details to make it easier to send or receive future Zelle transactions to recipients
  • "Split a Bill" feature allows you to send a Zelle to multiple recipients in one transaction

 

 

External transfers:
  • Link external financial Institutions to your FWCCU account
  • Verify that external account instantly or within 2-3 business days
  • Once verified you can send funds to external accounts or pull funds from external accounts to FWCCU
  • You can now schedule external transfers for a later date
  • You can also schedule external transfers fir one time or a reoccurring frequency
  • Delivery options can be Standard 2-3 day for Free or Next Day for $1.00
